Supporting Local Families: Baby Donation Station at Love Property Co

Love Property Co is proud to support The Children’s Storehouse Solihull, a wonderful local charity that helps families and children in need across Solihull and neighbouring communities.

At Love Property Co, we believe that being part of a community means giving back to it. As a family-run business based in Knowle, supporting local people is incredibly important to us, which is why we are proud to be working in partnership with The Children’s Storehouse Solihull.

The Children’s Storehouse is a local charity that provides essential items for families with babies and young children who are experiencing difficult circumstances. Families are referred to the charity by trusted organisations such as schools, health visitors and social services, ensuring that support reaches those who need it most.

To help support their work, we have set up a Baby Donation Station at our Love Property Co office in Knowle, where members of the community can drop off baby essentials that will be distributed directly to local families.

What We Are Collecting

We are currently collecting a range of baby essentials, including:

  • Baby clothes (new or good quality pre-loved)

  • Baby toys suitable for infants

  • Nappies (all sizes)

  • Baby wipes

  • Muslin cloths

  • Baby sleep bags

  • Baby toiletries such as shampoo, soap and toothbrushes for 0–2 years

These items may seem small, but they can make a huge difference to families who may be struggling or facing unexpected challenges.

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday: Closed

There is free parking available next to our office for up to two hours, making it easy to pop in and donate.

For those who may prefer to contribute online, items can also be ordered through retailers such as Amazon, supermarkets or other online stores and sent directly to our office address.

We have already been overwhelmed by the generosity of the local community, with donations coming from residents, local businesses and even nearby shops who have kindly supported the initiative.

By working together, we can help ensure that babies and young children in Solihull have access to the essentials they need, while offering support to families during challenging times.

    • Eligible clients will receive a £50 Amazon Gift Card as a one-time gift upon the successful completion of their property sale through Love Property Co.

    • The gift card will be issued to the named seller only and is limited to one voucher per property transaction.

  3. Charity Donation Option

    • Instead of receiving the £50 Amazon Gift Card, you may choose to donate the equivalent value to a charity supported by Love Property Co.

    • If you choose this option, Love Property Co will make the donation on your behalf and provide you with a receipt confirming the contribution.

  4. Conditions

    • The voucher or charity donation will only be issued once the sale has fully completed and all associated transactions have been finalised.

    • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts from Love Property Co.
