This year, Love Property Co is proud to support The Children’s Storehouse Solihull, a fantastic local charity that provides help to families and children in genuine need across Solihull and its neighbouring communities.
We’ve launched our Christmas Toy Appeal, opening our Knowle office as a Donation Station where local residents can drop off new, unwrapped toys for children who may otherwise go without this festive season.
💙 Why This Appeal Matters
Every toy donated will go directly to The Children’s Storehouse Solihull, a charity that works closely with social services, schools, health visitors, and other professional referral partners.
This means that all gifts are given only to children and families who have been formally referred — ensuring that your donation reaches those who truly need it the most.
For many of these families, financial hardship, health challenges, or unexpected life changes can make Christmas an especially difficult time. Through this appeal, we hope to bring a little magic, warmth, and joy to children who deserve to experience the wonder of the season.
