 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DO NOT!!!! RENT!!!! THROUGH LOVEPROPERTY!!!! Outrageously poor service and neglect throughout our 16 month tenancy with a baby. Ignored emails re repairs they were liable for months, tried to take money from our deposit for faults of their own. Left litter in our house when we moved in, rather than removing it they PUT PHOTOS ON THE INVENTORY!? Poor customer service, slow replies, no urgency, terrible attitudes from all staff I spoke to. Their priorities well and truly lie with useless landlords who do not meet law-required deadlines for repairs. Outrageously terrible agent. Would strongly advise everyone looking to rent to stay away from love property unless you fancy doing everything yourself and going months without access to garage/ washing machine and live broken fences allowing neighbours dogs to potty in your garden (with a baby). Truly hope everyone working here has a reality check similar at some point because it was truly a disgusting experience. Worst 16 months of my life.
