The whole team attended the Solihull Awards, where we were delighted to be announced as the winner of Solihull Breakthrough Business 2026.
After going into the evening simply delighted to be finalists, hearing Love Property Co announced as the winner was a moment we won’t forget in a hurry.

Love Property Co is a family-run and independent estate agency based in Knowle, Solihull.
From the beginning, we wanted to combine the things we believe still matter enormously in estate agency personal service, local knowledge, honest advice and people you can actually talk to with a much more modern approach to marketing property.
